Art Auction Participation Form

Misnad Art Gallery is pleased to invite you to participate in the Art Auction… which aims to highlight the value of art and art collections in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to open new horizons for artists and collectors to showcase their work to an interested audience and cultural institutions.

All entries will be reviewed by a specialized art committee to select the works eligible for the auction.

First Section: Artist / Owner Information

Second Section: Artwork / Collectible Information

Third Section: General Terms of Participation

1. All entries are subject to review by a technical committee to determine eligibility for auction.
2. All artworks must be original and not copied or infringing on any intellectual property rights.
3. Musnad Art reserves the right to use accepted artworks and their images for documentation and promotional purposes only.
4. In the event of the sale of an artwork, an administrative fee, to be determined later based on the category of entry, will be deducted.
5. Musnad Art reserves the right to determine the display method for accepted artworks and the order of its auctions.
